Abstract |
Geddes was born in Scotland and emigrated to Canada in 1926. He discuses the stages of creation and implementation of many of his inventions. Geddes acquired 33 patents in his career. In addition he shares thoughts and comments on being at the White House on July 27, 2007 to receive the National Medal of Technology from President George W. Bush. Well when you get an award you must recognize the old Texas saying which is: If you see a turtle on a fence post, you know he had a lot of help getting there. |
