I.    CERTIFICATE OF NOTICE.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting at the home of the President of the University at 10:35 a.m. on Saturday,  November 3,   1956,  pursuant to notice certified by the Secretary as follows:
CERTIFICATE
I,  Mary Elizabeth Skinner,  do hereby certify:
1) That I am the duly elected,  qualified and acting Secretary of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uniyersity;
2) That a special meeting of the Board of Trustees was duly called pursuant to Article I,  Section 2 of the By-Laws of The Trustees of Purdue University to be held on November 3, 1966,  at Lafayette,  Indiana,  for the following purpose:
To consider and act upon matters relating to the financing of Single Student and Married Student Courts:
3) That at the direction of the President of the Board of Trustees, who declared that an emergency existed,  within the meaning of Article I,  Section 2 of the By-Laws of The Trustees of Purdue Uniyersity,  I gave actual notice by telephone to each member of the Board of Trustees of the time,  place and purpose of said special meeting,  in lieu of written notice thereof -- all prior to the convening of such special meeting.
