The minutes of the fourth meeting of the University Senate held on February 15, 1965 were approved as distributed. 2. Dean Paul Alexander presented University Senate Document 64-9, Change in the Composition of the Membership of the Teacher Education Council. Professor Steer moved its approval. The motion was seconded and passed. 3. Professor Hayt presented University Senate Document 64-14, Changes in Hours in Graduation in Certain Engineering Schools, and moved its approval. The motion was seconded and passed. 4. Professor Edin Brenes presented University Senate Document 64-10, Annual Report of the Committee on Athletic Affairs. Professor Whistler moved its acceptance. The motion was seconded and passed. 5» Professor I. G. Geib presented University Senate Document 64-11, Annual Report of the Committee on the State of the University. Professor Wiley moved its acceptance. The motion was seconded and passed.
