Flannery, Department of Physics, Calumet Campus, as the additional Senator elected by the School of Science. Professor Flannery has been seated with debate privileges but no voting rights. (See University Senate Minutes, November 16, 1964, Item 5) 2. The minutes of the second meeting of the University Senate held on December 14, 1964 were approved as distributed. 3. Professor Babel presented University Senate Document 64-4, The Annual Report of the Committee on Audio-Visual Aids. He made two corrections in the report. Professor A. R. Allen, Veterinary Science, should be added to the Committee (for three years) and'lMr. M. Danian"on page 7, should read Professor M. Danian. The report was accepted with these corrections. 4. Professor Margaret Church presented University Senate Document 64-5, The Annual Report of the Committee on Education for Women. The report was accepted. ?*■ Professor M. M. McClure presented University Senate Document 64-6, The Annual Report of the Committee on Visual Arts. He suggested that the appropriate committee making recommendations for future committee structure give consideration to changing the name of the committee as recommended in the report. The report was accepted.
