ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY^

I. The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Trustees of
Purdue University was held in Eliza Fowler Hall at 9:30 A. M. Monday June
11, 1934, in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws, and pursuant
to the following notice mailed by the Secretary to each member of the
Board:
"In accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws, the annvial meeting of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University will be held at 9:30 A. M. Monday June 11, 1954 in Eliza Fowler Hall",
There were present: Mrs. Meredith, Messrs Edgerton, Hall, Hillenbrand, Kimbrough, Lilly, Noel, Simpson, President Ross and the President of the University,
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
Controller Stewart sat with the Board during the afternoon session.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
The minutes of the adjourned meetings held April 25 and May 12, 1954 were read and approved.
III. ACKNQWLEDGtffiNT FROM MR.  CHANDLER.
The Secretary presented a letter from Mr. Robert Chandler, acknowledg¬ ing the memorial adopted April 25th to fonaer Trustee Franklin Fay Chandler, which was ordered spread on the record.
