The Board of Trustees met at the call of the President at 10 A, M,, Tues¬ day, September 28, 1926, in Eliza Fowler Hall, the following members being present:

President Elliott reported that Mr, Hillenbrand and Mr, Noel found it Impossible to be present, as they were absent on their vacations.
President Marshall presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
The minutes of the meeting of June 14, 1926, were read and approved.
President Marshall called to the attention of the Board several minor errors and omissions In the recent amendments of the By-Laws, which should be corrected before publication In order to reconcile certain Inconsistencies, which are as follows:
Article I: A change in the hour of meeting from 11 to 10 A, M,
Article VIII, Section 3: The insertion of the words "or special" between the words "permanent" and "conmittees,'*
Article IXj The omission of the clause beginning "the member of the Board residing In Lafayette," and closing with the words "which fall"; and the sub¬ stitution of the clause "and three members of the Board of Trustees,"
The omission of the foot-note vdilch followed Article XI In the first edition of the By-Laws, and which was never a part of the By-Laws,
The corrections were approved by unanimous consent,
