The Board of Trustees met at 2 P, M, on Monday, August 3, 1925, in Eliza Fowler Hall,
Mrs, Virginia C, Meredith presented her certificate of reappointment dated July 1, 1925 and extending to July 1, 1928,
Mr, David B, Ross presented his certificate of reappointment dated July 1, 1925 and extending to July 1, 1928,
Mr, Robert A, Simpson, of Vincennes, presented his certificate of appoint¬ ment dated July 1, 1925 and extending to July 1, 1928, Mr, Simpson succeeds Mr, C, M, Hobbs,
All appointees had properly qualified before a notary.
President Marshall expressed the pleasure of the Board at Mr, Simpson's
appointment.

Mr, Kimbrough Mr, Marshall Mrs, Meredith Mr, Noel Mr, Ross Mr. Simpson
The minutes of the meeting of June 8, were read and approved,
I.  CHANGE IN STANDING COMMITTEES.
President Marshall requested that Mr, Simpson take Mr, Hobbs' place on the standing committees until the new committees were appointed, (These committees are: Finance and Auditing, Horticulture, and Science and Industrial Art),

President Elliott stated that the term of Mr, Noel as a representative of the Board of Trustees of t^irdue University on the Board of Directors of the Ross- Ade Foundation had expired and that the election of a representative was in order.
