I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting at 4:10 p, na,   on Friday,   June 10,   1977, in the Trustees' Room,   Frederick L.   Hovde Hall of Administration, pursuant to the following notice naailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on June 1,   1977:
In accordance with the Bylaws,   there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 4:00 p.m. ,   on Friday, June 10,   1977,   in the Trustees' Room of Hovde Hall, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon increase in student fees, effective fall semester,   1977-78 and the fall semester 1978-79;
2. Consider and act upon 1977-78 Clerical-Service Wage and Salary Structures;
3. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may come before said meeting.
II, ROLL CALL,
President Knoy called the meeting to order at 4:10 p. na.    All members of the Board except two (Messrs.   Brumfield and Jesse) were present as follows:    Mrs,   Rettinger,   Messrs.   Graham,   Grieshaber, Heine,  Kessler,  Knoy,  Krieg and Powers.    Also present were President Hansen,   Executive Vice President and Provost Haas,   Executive Vice President and Treasurer Ford,   University Vice Presidents Fischang and Smalley,   Chancellor Combs (Calumet),   Business Manager and Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer Wise,  Administrative Dean for Regional Campuses Bergren,   Executive Assistant to the President Hicks,   Chairman of University Senate Calvin Schrag,  Student Body Representative to the Board of Trustees Keith Fogerty and Secretary Pearson.
