The Board of Trustees met at 10 A.M,, Monday, June 9, 1924, in Eliza Fow¬ ler Hall.
President Marshall being unavoidably absent, Vice-President Hobbs presid¬ ed. The Secretary, Miss Mary M. Williams, acted as Secretary,
There were present:  Mr. Chandler
Mr, Hillenbrand Mr, Hobbs Mrs, Meredi th Mr, Noel Mr. Ross.
President Elliott reported that on account of continued ilness Mr. Oliver was \inable to attend the meeting.
The minutes of the meeting of April 9, 1924, were read and approved, Mr, Hobbs read a letter from Mr, Orane, v;hioh had been sent to Mr, Marshall, and to which was attached a ¦zony  of a le';ter addressed to Governor Branch, tend¬ ering? his resicrnation from the Board of Tmstees,
