The Board of Trustees met In special   session at 10 A. M.,  Friday,  Novem¬ ber 16,  1925,   In Eliza Fowler Hall,
Vice-President Hobbs presided,  in the absence of President Oliver.

President Elliott reported the Illness of Mr. Oliver.

Mr. Marshall  offered   the follovdng resolution and mioved Its adoption:
"RESOLVED, That the Board approve  the Idea of the Incorporating and financ¬ ing of   the proposed  'Ross-Ade Founda¬ tion,'   and it  Is the  sense of the Board  that upon such  Incorporation there  should be appointed and selected Directors, as proposed  In said Articles; RESOL'.niD Fi^RT-ilR,  That  the Board will entertain proper contractual  relations with respect to  the use and acquisition of the   real estate to be held  hy said 'Ross-Ade Foundation'."
