STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF
PURDUE UNIVERSITY

Trustees' Room. Executive Building June b-7. 1969
I. NOTICE OF MEETING,
The Board of Trustees ot The Trustees of Purciue University convened in stated meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University at 2; 11 pm on Friday. June b, 1969, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on May 16, 1969:
In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening on Friday, June b, 1969, at 2:00 pm EDT in the.Trustees' Room of the Elxecutive. Building of the University and at approximately Y:46 pm EDT in Room 32b. Purdue Memorial Center, and on Saturday, June 7, 1969, at 9:3u am EDT in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University, in order to:
1, Consider and act upon the budgets of the University, the
Agricultural Experiment Station, the Cooperative Extension Service, and the Self-Supporting Enterprises for the year 1969-1970;
2, Consider and act upon any other fiscal matters related to the
budget;
3, Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects:
a. Farrowing House - B2
b. Agricultural Experiment Station - Sprinkler System c Cary Quadrangle - Grill Remodeling - Phase II
d. Parking Lots - 1969B
e. P. U. Indianapolis Campus - Parking Lot - 1969
f, P. U. Calumet Campus - Parking Lot - 1969
g, P. U. North Central Campus - Parking Lot - 1969
h. Indiana-Purdue Campus at Fort Wayne - Parking Lot - 1969 i. Project 1 - P. U. Calumet Campus - Student-Faculty and Library Building;
4, Consider and act upon any other matter or business which
may come before said meeting,
II. ROLL CALL FRIDAY AFTERNOON, JUNE b, 1969,
President Knoy called the meeting to order at 2:11 pm. All members of the Board were present as follows: Mrs, White, Messrs. Brumfield, Graham, Heine,. Hillenbrand, Knoy, Rumely, Walb and Wilson. Also present were President Hovde, .Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer, University Vice Presidents Andrews, Hawkins, Lawshe and Mallett, Counsel John Bodle, substituting for Counsel Schilling
