STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES
OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center March 4-5, 1969
Trustees' Room, Executive Building
I, NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in Executive Session of a stated meeting in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, at 2:45 pm on Tuesday, March 4, 1969, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on February 12, 1969:
In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening in Executive Session at approximately 2:30 pm * CDT on Tuesday, March 4, 1969, in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, and in general session at 9:00 am CDT on Wednesday, March 5, 1969, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the Univer¬ sity, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects:
a. Completion of Lilly Hall of Life Sciences Basement
and other Remodeling
b. Cary Quadrangle - Grill Remodeling
c Agricultural Hall Annex - Remodeling for Wood Research Laboratory
d. Campus Parking Lot - I969A
e. Completion of Psychology Facility
f. Airport Road Apartments (PRF)
g. Parking Garage, Third and Waldron Streets (RAF)
h. Additions to the Ross-Ade Stadium Facilities - I969 (RAF);
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may
come before said meeting.
*Immediately following PAC Annual Meeting scheduled at 2:00 pm CDT.
II. PRESENTATIONS BY MEMBERS OF UNIVERSITY STAFF.
Immediately following luncheon and prior to the Trustees' meeting, the following presentations were made by members of the University staff:
1. Professor W. C. Bramble, Head, Department of Forestry and
Conservation, presented to each Trustee a copy of the book "Forestry and Conservation in Ind ana, " funded by the John S. Wright Fund - Forestry. The book memorializes Dr. Wright. (Copy filed in Trustees' Office)
