Hon. Joseph D. Oliver presided at the meeting and Mr. K, A, Ellsv/orth acted as Secretary.  The minutes of the last meet¬ ing, held Axrril 13th, were read, and after corrections were made, approved,
Dr, W, E. Stone, President of the University, who was present at the meeting, presented a list of candidates for university degrees.  Upon motion by Mr. Hillenbrand, duly seconded by Mr. Chandler, the list of candidates was unani¬ mously approved and the degrees authorized by.the Board,
