STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Rooms 255-263, Purdue Memorial Union
Room 326, Stewart Center November 12-13, 1981
I. NOTICE OF MEETING. .
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting at 8:23 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 1981, in Rooms 255-263, Purdue Memorial Union Building, pursuant to the following revised notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on October 23, 1981:
In accordance with the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 1981 in Rooms 255-263, Purdue Memorial Union Building, and reconvening at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 1981 in Room 326 Stewart Center, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction projects:
a. Demolition of Front Portion of MGL - 1981
b. Chilled Water Line Addition - North Campus - 1982
c. Purdue University Calumet - Air Condition Computer Resource Center - Gyte Building 1981;
2. Elect officers of the Board of Trustees for the 1981 - 1983 biennium;
3. Consider and act upon proposed amendment to the Bylaws of The Trustees of Purdue University;
4. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may cone before said meeting.
