I.      NOTICE   OF MEETING.
The   Board of Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue   University convened  in stated meeting at 9:50 a. m,   on  Thursday,   September   13, 1973,    in the   Trustees'   Room,    Executive   Building,   pursuant to the following  notice mailed to each member  of the   Board by the Secretary on August  17,    1973:
In accordance with the   Bylaws,   there  will be  a  stated meeting  of the   Board of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue   University convening at  9:30 a,m,   on  Thursday, September   13,    1973,   in the   Trustees'   Room of the Executive   Building,   in  order  to:
1, Consider  and act upon bids  for the  following
construction projects   -
a. Utilities  and  Campus  Services   -   South
Power Plant  - Mechanical Construction
b. Utilities  and Cam.pus  Services   -  South
Power  Plant  -  Electrical Construction
c. PU Calumet Campus   -   Resurface  Parking
Lot "D"
d. PU  Calumet Campus   -   Class room-Office
Building Sidewalk  Lighting   1973
e. PU Calumet  Campus   -   Utilities  and Campus
Services   -  Isolate   Condensate   Line
f. PU Calumet  Cajmpus   -     Parking   Lot  1973
2, Consider  and act  upon any other matter  or
business  which may come  before   said meeting.
