I.      NOTICE   OF MEETING.
The   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue University  convened  in  stated meeting  at  9:43   a.m.    on  Thursday, November   8,    1973,    in the   Trustees'   Room,   Executive   Building, pursuant to the  following notice mailed to  each member  of the Board by the  Secretary on  October   18,    1973:
In accordance  with  the   Bylaws,   there  will  be   a stated meeting  of the   Board  of  Trustees  of The Trustees   of Purdue  University convening at 9:30 a.m. on  Thursday,   November   8,    1973,   in the   Trustees' Room of the  Executive   Building,   in order  to:
1. Consider  and  act  upon bids  for  the
following  construction projects   -
a. PU  Calumet  Campus   -   Oil Storage
Tank II  -   1973
b. PU  Calumet Campus   -  Parking
Lot   1973   -   Lighting;
2. Elect   officers   of  the   Board  of  Trustees
for the   1973-1975 biennium;
3. Consider  and act  upon any other matter
or  business  which may come  before   said meeting,

On  Wednesday evening,   November   7,    1973,    Trustees, their   spouses,    and  certain  University  officers   were  dinner guests   of the  Student  Union  Board  in  Rooms   255-263,    Purdue Memorial  Union,
