I.    NOTICE OF MEETING.
December 12,   1958
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the Uni¬ versity at 10:05 a.m.  on Friday,   December 12,   1958,  pursuant to action of the Board of Trustees on October 22-23,   1958,  and further pursuant to the following notice sent to each member of the Board by the Secretary on November 18,   1958:
In accordance with action of the Board of Trustees on October 22-23, 1958,  there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Friday,   December 12,   1958,   con¬ vening at 10:00 a. na.  CST in the Trustees Roona of the Executive Building of the University in order to:
1. Receive,  open,   consider and act upon bids for:
a. Second Contract,  School of Veterinary Science and Medicine Buildings
b. Extension of Steam Piping to the Veterinary Science and Medicine Buildings
c. Extension of the Power Line to the Veterinary Science and Medicine Buildings;
2. Consider and act upon any other naatter or business which
may conae before said naeeting.
II.    ROLL CALL.
Il By unaninaous consent,   Mr.  Wilson was nanaed chairman of the meeting
Ij in the absence of President Hanley and Vice President Thonapson.    Mr. Wilson I called the naeeting to order at 10:05 a.m.    All members of the Board except Ij four were present as follows:   Mrs.  Van Ness,   Messrs.  Atkins,   Bannon, ;j Moore and Wilson.    The eibsences of Messrs.  DeLaurier,  Hanley,  Kettler ;; and Thompson were excused by consent of the Board.
