I_. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Ifeiversity convened in
the Trustees*- Room of the Executive Building on the campus of Purdue University,
Lafayette, Indiana, Tuesday, April 18, 1939, at 9:25 A.M., pursuant to the fol-
i lowing notice which had been sent to each member of the Board by the Secretaiy
on April 3, 1939:
President Ross has instructed me to notify you that the special meeting of the Board of Trustees which was convened February 15, 1939, at 9:45 A, M,, and was adjourned subject to the call of the President, \ will be reconvened pursuant to call of the President and in adjourned
i session at 9:25 A. M., Tuesday, April 18, 1939, in the Trustees' Room ¦ I of the Executive Building located on the campus of Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana,
II. BOLL CALL.
The meeting was called to order at 9:25 A. M,, by President Ross, On roll call, the following Trustees answered present: Miss McHale, Messrs. Fdgerton, Hall, Hillenbrand, Noel, Ross, Simpson, and ttlieeler, being the majority and ' quorum of the Board.
Dr. Edward C. Elliott, President of the University, and Frank C Eockema, Secretary to the Board, were also present.
The following Trustee was absent: Mr. Sturm.
Ill; READING OF NOTICE OF MEETING.
At the request of the President, the notice of meeting was read by the Secretary.
IV. ADJOURNMENT.
At 9:29 A. M., the Board adjourned by consent.
