STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Trustees' Room, Executive Building July 6, 1973
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting at 9:40 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 1973, in the Trustees' Room, Executive Building, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on June 18, 1973:
In accordance with the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 1973, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon the operating budgets of the University, including the Agricultural Experiment Station, the Cooperative Extension Service, Student Aid and the Auxiliary Enterprises for the year 1973-74;
2. Consider and act upon any other fiscal matters related to the budgets;
3. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction projects:
a. PU Calumet Campus - Utilities and Campus Services - 1973
b. PU Calumet Campus - Resurface South Parking Lots - 1973
c. Life Science - Pave Parking Lot
d. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne - Space Conversions and Laboratory Development - Phase II
e. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne - Repair of Roads and Parking Lots - 1973;
