Smith of Williamsport, Ind., for the erection and equipment of buildings for agricultural purposes, was presented and discussed, and Mr. Stuart’s resolution concerning same was unanimously adopted by the Board and approved by Mr. McAdams:State of IndianaWarren County ss. [sub-state]Be it remembered, That at a regular session of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Warren, in the State of Indiana, began and held at the office of the County Auditor of said County, pursuant to the laws of said state, in that behalf duly exacted, the following proceedings were had and duly entered of record in the office of the County Auditor of said County:In the matter of the Devise byWilliam C Smith to the Trusteesof Purdue UniversityCome now the Trustees of Purdue University, located at Lafayette, Indiana, and submit a copy of resolutions adopted by said Trustees on November 7th, 1911, the same being duly certified by the Secretary of said Trustees, and attested by the corporate seal of said Trustees; and comes also C.V. McAdams, Executor of the last Will and Testament of William C. Smith, deceased; and the Board, after examining such resolutions and the attestation thereto affixed, now orders that the same be received and filed, and spread upon the records of the Board, which is now done, and said resolutions and the attestations thereto affixed read as follows:State of IndianaTippecanoe County ss.
