i    Eliza Fowler Hall January 14,  1931
The Board of Trustees of Purdue University met in regular session in
j    Eliza Fowler Hall at 10:00 A. M.  on Wednesday,  January 14,  1931, in accord-
!    ance with  the provisions of the bylaws and pursuant to the following
.:    notice, mailed by the Secretary to each member of the Board on January 2,
j    1931:

I There were present:    Messrs. Edgerton,  Hall, Hillenbrand,   Kimbrough,
Rollcall. Lilly,   Simpson, Mrs. Meredith,  President Ross and the President of the
University.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
President Elliott stated that he had received a message from Mr. Noel
saying that he  could not be present because of illness.
Controller Stewart sat with the Board during the afternoon session.
Ii.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
The minutes of the stated meeting held October 8, 1950 were read and

II. ANNUAL REPORT OF TREASURER C.  G.   FOWLER RECEIVED AND FILED.
The Secretary presented the annioal report of the Treasurer of the Treasurer's
Report 1^29/30 Board, Mr.  Cecil G. Fowler,  for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1930,

^iled. stating  that it had been compared with the records  of the Accounting Office
and was in agreement therewith,  due allowance being made for outstanding
warrants.
The report was received and ordered filed. (File A)
