              STATED f.1EETING OF THE BOARD, OF TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UJIIVEHSITY
Eliza Fowler Hall October 8,  1930.
The Board of Trustees of Purdue University met in regular session in Eliza Fowler Hall,  at 10:00 A. M.,   on ViTednesday,  October 8, 1930,   in accord¬ ance with the provisions of the bylaws,  and pursuant to the folloiiTing notice, mailed by the Secretary to each member of the Board on September 24,   1930.

be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University in Eliza Fowler Hall, at 10:00 A. M.,  Wednesday,  October 8."

Hollcall
There were present:    Messrs.  Edgerton,  Hall, Hillenbrand,  Kimbrough, Lilly,  Noel,   Simpson, Mrs. Meredith, President Ross and the President of  the University.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
Controller Stewart entered at 10:30 A. M. and sat with the Board during
the  remainder of the   session.
