In accordance with action taken at the meetings of October 21 and De¬ cember 1, 1931, and pursuant to the following notice mailed by the Secretary to each member of the Board on January 5, 1932, the Board of Trustees met at 10:00 A. M., Tuesday, January 19, 1932 in Eliza Fowler Hall:
"In accordance with the bylaws, a stated meeting of the Board notice of Llect- of Trustees will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 1932 in Eliza

By special action of the Board, however, a preliminary session will be held on the preceding day, Tuesday, January 19, beginning at 10:00 A. M., for the discussion of the relations of the Agri¬ cultural Experiment Station activities to the State of Indiana, and for consideration of such other business as may be presented."

President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
President Elliott ainounced that at 6:00 P. M. there would be a dinner meeting at the Memorial Union Building for a meeting of -the Board of Con¬ trol of the Herbert Davis Forestry Farm; at which meeting Mr. Charles Schwartz of Portland, Indiana, a member of the Board of Control, would be present, as well as Director Skinner and Farrm Director Reed.
