The Board of Trustees met in Eliza Fowler Hall at 10:00 A. M, on Wed¬ nesday, October 21, 1931, in accordance v/ith the provisions of the bylaws
i4otice oC Mcct- . and pursuant to tne following notice, mailed by the Secretary to each mem-
ber of the Board on October 10, 1931.
"In accordance with the bylaws, as amended, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University, Wednesday, October 21, 1931, at 10:00 A. M. in Eliza Fowler Hall".
There were present: Mrs. Meredith, Messrs Edgerton, Hall, Hillenbrand, Rollcall Kimbrough, Lilly, Simpson, President Ross and the President of the Univer¬
sity.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
Mr. Ross and Mrs. Meredith filed their certificates of reappointm^ent Record of Reap-
point...ont of effective for three years from July 1, 1931.
Mrs. Mcrolith and ;.lr. Ross. Mr. Stewart joined the Trustees at luncheon and was present during the
afternoon session.
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
Approval of Tj^e minutes of the annual meetirg of June 8, 1931 were read and ap-
