STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Trustees' Room, Executive Building May 9, 1974
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting at 9:50 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 1974, in the Trustees' Room, Executive Building, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on April 18, 1974:
In accordance with the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 1974, in the Trustees' Roona of the Executive Building, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon the operating budgets
of the University, including the Agricultural Experiment Station, the Cooperative Extension Service, Student Aid and the Auxiliary Enterprises for the year 1974-75;
2. Consider and act upon any other fiscal
matters related to the budgets.
3. Consider and act upon bids for the following
construction projects:
a. PU Calumet Campus - Physical Educa¬
tion Field Development
b. PU Calumet Campus - Pave North
Parking Lot
c. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at
Fort Wayne - Pave Parking Lot North of Union Building - 1974
