The Board of Trustees met in Eliza Fowler Hall at 10:00 A. M. on Tues- i day, December 1, 1931, pursuant to the following notice mailed by the Secre- ; tary to each member of the Board on November 13th:

There were present: Mrs. Meredith, Messrs. Edgertm, Hall, Hillen-
.-.:ilcall. ! Isrand, Kimbrough, Lilly, Noel and Simpson, President Ross and the President
; of the IMiversity.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
Mr. Stewart joined the Trustees at luncheon and was present during the
afternoon session.

The Secretary asked at what hour the Board wished to assemble on
January 19th, 1952 for consideration of the ma-tters relating to the Agri-
