"In accordance with the bylaws, there will be a stated meet¬ ing of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University, in Eliza Fow¬ ler Hall on Wednesday, October 19, 1932."
There were present:    Mrs. Meredith, Messrs Edgerton, Hall, Hillenbrand,
i Kimbrough,  Simpson, President Ross and the President of the Iftiiversity.
i President Elliott stated that he had received a message from Mr.  Noel

i also unable to attend the meeting.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretary.
Controller Stewart was present during the afternoon session.
