I. The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened
in the Trustees' Room in Eliza Fowler Hall at 9:30 A. M. Saturday November
23, 1935, pursuant to the call of the President and the following notice
which had been sent to each meniber of the Board on November 4, 1935.
"I am instructed to notify you that there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Univer- sily at 9:30 A. M. on Saturday, November 23, 1935, in Eliza Fow¬ ler Hall, for the purpose of receiving iand opening bids for the proposed Student Service and Administration Building and to trans¬ act any other business before the Boajrd."
II. ROLLCALL.
The meeting was called to order by Mr. David E, Ross, President of the Board, and on rollcall the following answered present: Mrs. Meredith, Mes¬ srs Edgerton, Hall, Kimbrough, Noel, Simpson, President Ross, Dr. E. C. El¬ liott, President of the University, and Secretaiy Hockema.
Messrs Hillenbrand and Lilly were unable to attend the meeting on ac- cotmt of personeil business.
A quorum was present.
President Ross presided and the Secretary acted as secretaiy.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
All of the members of the Board having approved the mimeographed copy of the minutes of the regular meeting held October 16, 1935, these minutes were considered approved by the Board.
IV. BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE STUDENT SERVICE & ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
