I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University- convened in special meeting in the Conference Room,   Home Economics Administration Building of the University on Thursday,   March 14,   1974, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on March 8,   1974:
In accordance with the Bylaws,   there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Trus:ees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 1:30 p.m.   on Thursday, March 14,   1974,   in Room 326,   Stewart Center,   for the purpose of considering and acting upon matters in connection with the Refunding of Purdue University Dormitory Facilities Revenue Bonds,   Series L.
II. ROLL CALL.
Presidfint Knoy called the meeting to order immediately following a luncheon hosted by members of Student Government.     Five members of the Board were present as follows:    Mrs.   Rettinger,   Messrs. Brumfield,   Heine,   Kessler,   and Knoy.     Als(. present were Provost Robinson,   University Vice Presidents Andrews and Fischang,   Vice President and Treasurer Ford,   Business M;-nager and Assistant Treasurer Wise,   Director of University Development and Vice President of Purdue Research Foundation Hall,   Chairman of University Senate David Moore,   Student Body Representative t3 the Board of Trustees Robert Moore,   and Secretary Pearson.     Dean Norma Compton,   School of Home Economics,   Leonard Bucklin,   Univ ^rsity Development,   Mrs. Barbara Cook,   Associate Dean of Women,   E.   W.   Roark,   Associate Dean of Men,   Mrs.   Kay Gunnells,   secretary to J.   W.   Hicks,   and various members of Student Government also attendi d the session.
