I.      NOTICE   OF MEETING.
The   Board of Trustees  of The   Trustees  of Purdue   University convened  in stated meeting at 2:30 p.m.   on Tuesday,   January  18,    1972, in Room 263,   Purdue Memorial Union,   pursuant to the   following- notice mailed to each member  of the   Board by the  Secretary on December  30,    1971:
In accordance  with provisions   of the   Bylaws,    there  will be  a stated meeting of the   Board of Trustees  of  The   Trustees   of Purdue  University convening at approximately 2:30  p.m.   EST on  Tuesday,   January  18,    1972,    in the   Trustees'   Room of the Executive   Building  of the   University,    and at  10:30 a.m.   EST on Wednesday,   January 19,    1972,   in Room 321,   Student-Faculty and  Library  Building,   P.   U.   Calumet  Campus   (Hammond, Indiana),   in order  to:
1. Consider  and  act  upon bids   for  the  following  construction projects   -
a. Indiana-Purdue  Regional  Campus   at  Fort  Wayne   - Library,    Learning  Resources   Building,   Instructional Electronics  System
b. Indiana-Purdue  Regional Campus  at Fort Wayne   - Classroom-Laboratory  Building,    Instructional Electronics  System
c. Indiana-Purdue  Regional Campus   at Fort  Wayne   - Remodel Room B-11  of Education  Building
d. P.   U.   North Central  Campus   -   Remodeling of Restrooms; .
2. Consider  and  act  upon any other  matter   or  business   which niay come  before   said meeting.
