A.      ROLL CALL.
Pursuant to action by the   Board of  Trustees  on June   12,    1971, [Minute  iXXlV,   and further pursuant  to  notice  from Vice  President and Treasurer  Freehafer,   the  Executive   Committee   of the   Board  of Trustees of The  Trustees   of Purdue   University convened  on Wednesday,   June  30, 1971.     All members   of the   Committee,   President Knoy,    Trustees   Brumfield and Wilson,   and Vice   President and Treasurer  Freehafer were  present.
B.     ACCEPTANCE   OF MINUTES OF  BID   OPENING MEETING HELD JUNE  22.    1-971.
Treasurer  Freehafer referred to minutes   of the  meeting  of University officers  and  staff to open bids  for construction projects  held at Indiana University-Purdue  University at Indianapolis.    38th Street  Campus,    on June  22.    1971.   copies  of which had been mailed to members   of the Committee  prior to thismeeting as  follows:

University officers  and  staff met in Room B39,   Administration Building,   38th Street  Campus,   Indiana  University-Purdue   University at Indianapolis,   at  11:00  am on Tuesday,   June  22,    1971,   as authorized by a  Resolution last amended by the   Board of Trustees on April 29,    1971   (XX),   and pursuant to the follo-wang notice  from the  Secretary of  The  Trustees  on June   3,    1971:
