I.      NOTICE   OF  MEETING.
The   Board  of  Trustees  of The  Trustees  of Purdue   University convened  in stated meeting  at  8:40 p.m.   on Tuesday,   February 29, 1972,    in  Room  326,   Stewart  Center   (See  Minute" LX),   pursuant  to the  following  notice  inailed to  each member  of  the   Board  by  the. Secretary on  February  10,    1972:
In  accordance  with  provisions   of the   Bylaws,    there   will be   a  stated meeting  of the   Board  of  Trustees  of  The Trustees   of Purdue  University convening  at  approximately 7:45  p.m.   EST  on  Tuesday,    February 29,    1972,    in Room 326,   Purdue Memorial Center,   and at 9:30  a.m. EST on Wednesday,   March  1,    1972,    in the   Trustees' Room of the  Executive   Building  of the   University,    in order  to:
1.      Consider and act  upon bids   for  the  following construction projects   -
