I.      NOTICE  OF MEETING.
The   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue   University convened in  stated, biennial meeting  at  8:00 p.m.   on Tuesday,   iNovember  9, 1971,   in Room 326,   Purdue Memorial  Center,   pursuant to the  follo-wang notice mailed to each member of the   Board  by the   Secretary on October 22,    1971:
In accordance  with provisions   of the   Bylaws,   there  will be  a stated biennial meeting  of the   Board  of  Trustees   of  The Trustees   of Purdue   University  convening  at  approximately 8:00  p.m.   EST   (immediately following dinner)  on Tuesday, November  9,    1971,   in Room 326,   Purdue  Memorial  Center,    and at  9:30 a.m.   EST  on Wednesday,   November   10,    1971,    in the Trustees'   Room  of  the  Executive   Building  of the   University, in order  to:
1. Elect officers   of the   Board  of  Trustees   for  the   1971-1973 biennium;
2. Consider and  act  upon proposed amendments   to  the   Bylaws of The  Trustees   of Purdue   University;
3. Consider and act upon bids  for the  following  construction projects:
a. Indiana-Purdue  Regional Campus   at  Fort Wayne   - Remodeling,    Room G-34,   Education  Building
b. P.    U.   Calumet Campus   -   Utilities  and  Campus Services   -   Remodeling  in  Central Heating  and Cooling Plant
c. P.   U.   Calumet  Campus   -   Vehicle  Storage   Building
d. South Power Plant  -   Railroad  Track  Re-visions;
4. Consider and act upon any other matter or  business  which may come   before   said meeting.
Prior  to the meeting  Trustees,   their  spouses,   and  certain University officers  were  dinner  guests  of Student Senate  in Purdue  Memorial  Union.
