STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF
PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Trustees' Room, Executive Building
Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center April 24-25, 1968
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 1968, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on April 3, 1968:
In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening on Wednesday, April 24, 1968, as follows: in Executive Session at 3:30 pm CDT in the Trustees' Room, Executive Building of the University, and in general session at approximately 7:45 pm CDT in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, and on Thursday, April 25, 1968, in general session at 9:00 am CDT in the Trustees' Room, Executive Building of the University, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon the budgets of the University, the
Agricultural Experiment Station, the Cooperative Extension Service, and the Self-Supporting Enterprises for the year 1968-1969;
2. Consider and act upon any other fiscal problems related
to the budget;
3. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects:
a. Utilities and Campus Services - Extension of Third
Street - I968
b. Utilities and Campus Services - Storm Relief Sewer - I968
c. Horticultural Farm - Storage and Processing Facilities
d. Home Management House No. 2 (PRF)
e. Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory - Phase I
f. Eleanor B. Shreve Residence Hall (H-9);
4. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may
come before said meeting.
II. ROLL CALL, EXECUTIVE SESSION, APRIL 24, I968. President Thompson called the meeting to order in Executive Session
