I.     NOTICE   OF MEETING.
The   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue University  convened  in  stated meeting  at  9:50  a.m.   on  Tuesday, May 8,    1973,   in the   Trustees'   Room,   Executive   Building, pursuant to  the  following notice mailed to each member  of the   Board by the  Secretary on April 26,    1973:
In accordance  with the   Bylaws,    there  will be   a   stated meeting  of the   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue   University convening  at  9:30  a.m.   on  Tuesday, May 8,    1973,   in the   Trustees'   Room of the  Executive Building,    in  order  to:
1. Consider  and  act  upon bids  for  the  following
construction projects   -
a. PU  Calumet  Campus   -   Utilities  and  Campus
Services   -   Oil Storage
b. Residence  Halls   -  Earhart  -  New   Roof
West Wing
c. Residence  Halls   -  Meredith   -   New  Roof
d. Athletic   -   Tennis   Courts   -   Color  Coat
e. Athletic   -   Women's   Tennis   Court
2. Consider and act upon any other matter  or
business  which may come  before   said meeting.
