L NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, at 7:55 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 1966, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each nnember of the Board by the Secretary on October 19, 1966:
In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws, there will be a stated nneeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Univer¬ sity convening at approximately 7:45 pnn CDT (immediately following dinner) on Tuesday, November 8, 1966, in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, and at 9:00 am CDT on Wednesday, November 9, 1966, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects:
a. Water Chiller No. 5 (Shop Drawings only)
b. Purdue University Calumet Campus - Remodeling
for Business Offices c Airport - "T" Hangar - 1966
d. Extension of Utility Lines - 1966
e. Library - Remodeling in Room 364
f. Michael Golden Laboratories - Electricity-Electronics
Laboratory
g. Graduate House No. 2
h. Home Management House No. 1 (PRF)
i. Airport - Addition to Hangar No. 5 (PRF);
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which
nnay come before said meeting.
IL ROLL CALL.
President Thompson called the meeting to order at 7:55 pm. AU members of the Board except one were present as follows: Mrs. White, Messrs. Kettler, Knoy, Lowe, Rumely, Thompson, Wickard and Wilson. The absence of Mr. Brumfield was excused by consent. Also present were President Hovde, Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer, University Vice Presidents Andrews, Chenea and Mallett, Counsel Schilling, Business Manager and Assistant Treasurer Finn, Messrs. Smalley, Topping and Wade of the University staff, Mr. Mas^on. Indianapolis Star, Mr. Gillilan, Exponent, Assistant Morris and Secretary Skinner.
m. REMINDER OF MEETING DATES.
Trustees were reminded of dates of the next two stated meetings of the Board of Trustees; January 17-18, 1967, and February 28-March 1, 1967.
