PURDUE UNIVERSITY Trustees' Room,   Executive Building I,    NOTICE OF MEETING.
May 25,   1966
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of Purdue Uni¬ versity at 11:00 am EST on Wednesday,  May 25,   1966,   pursuant to action of the Board of Trustees reported in Minute III, March 2,   1966,
The Secretary reported that this special meeting was convened pursuant to a duly dated and signed Notice of Special Meeting which was mailed (by U. S. Mail) to each member of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uni¬ versity in due time,  form and manner as required by law.    The Secretary read the original of the "Notice and Certificate" set forth below,  and the same was ordered spread on the minutes,   as follows:

1. NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO THE MEMBERS OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
May 4,   1966
In accordance with action by the Board of Trustees on March 2,   1966,  there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Wednesday,  May 25,   1966,   convening at 11:00 am CDT in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University,   in order to:
1, Consider and act upon the sale of Purdue University
Dormitory Facilities Revenue Bonds,   Series H and Series I,  to finance acquisition and construction of Residence Hall for Men H-5 (Benjamin Harrison Hall),   and to
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may come before said meeting,
2. CERTIFICATE OF NOTICE
I,  Mary Elizabeth Skinner,   Secretary of The Trustees of Purdue University,  HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 4th day of May,   I966,  I served a true copy of the foregoing Notice of Special Meeting on each and every member of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uni¬ versity in the following manner: by regular United States Mail.
