L    NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of the Trustees of Purdue University convened In stated meeting In Room 326,   Purdue Memorial Center,   at 8:20 pm on Wednesday,  April 26,   1967,   pursuant to the following notice of meeting mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on April 4,   1967;
In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws,   there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uni¬ versity convening at approxinnately 8:30 pm CDT on Wednesday, April 26,   1967,   in Room 326,   Purdue Memorial Center,   and at 9:00 am CDT on Thursday,   April 27.   1967,   In the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University,   in order to;
1, Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects -
a. New Pharnnacy Building
b. Airport - Apron Repairs -  1967;
2, Consider and act upon any other matter or business which
may come before said meeting.
Immediately following dinner and prior to convening of the Trustees' meeting.   Trustees and officers attended a special meetingof the Board of Directors of Purdue Aeronautics Corporation held in Room 326,   Purdue Memorial Center.

President Thompson called the meeting to order at 8:20 pm.    All members of the Board were present as follows: Mrs,  WhUe,   Messrs,   Brumfield, Kettler,   Knoy,   Lowe,  Rumely.   Thompson,   Wickard and WUson,    Also present were President Hovde.   Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer,  University Vice Presidents Andrews,   Chenea,   Lawshe and MaUett,   Counsel Schilling, Business Manager and Assistant Treasurer Finn,   University Attorney Lowe, Mr,   Hentschel,  Treasurer of Purdue Research Foundation,  Mr.   Smalley, Director of University Residences and Purdue Memorial Union,   Mr.  \\ ade. Director of Physical Plant,   Messrs.   Schaller,   Topping and Wise of the Uni¬ versity staff,   Mr.  Kriebel of the Lafayette Journal and Courier,  Assistant Morris and Secretary Skinner,
