L    NOTICE OF MEETING.
November 27,   1962
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting in the Conference Room,  Krannert Building, Indianapolis Campus,   Indianapolis,  Indiana,  at 2:10 p.m.  on Tuesday, Novenaber 27,   1962,  pursuant to action of the Board of Trustees on October 24,   1962,   and further pursuant to the following notice sent to each member of the Board by the Secretary on November 7,   1962:
In accordance with action by the Board of Trustees on October 24, 1962,  there wiU be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Tuesday,   November 27,   1962,   con¬ vening at 2:00 p.m.   CDT (Eastern Standard Time) in the Conference Room (Room No.   149) of the Krannert Building,  Purdue University - Indianapolis Campus,   1125 East 38th Street,   Indianapolis,  Indiana,   in order to:
1. Consider and act upon the issuance and sale of Purdue University
Dornaitory Facilities Revenue Bonds,  Series G,  to finance ac¬ quisition and construction of Residence Hall for Women H-8, Wonaen's Residence Halls Annex,   and the Gradtiate House,  and
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may
come before said meeting.
n.    ROLL CALL.
President Hanley called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.    All naembers of the Board except one were present as follows:   Mrs.  Vogler, Messrs.  Dicken,   Hanley,  Kettler,   Rumely,  Schenck,   Thompson and Wilson. The absence of Mr.  DeLaurier was excused by consent of the Board.    Also present were President Hovde,   Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer, Cotmsel Schilling,  University Vice Presidents Chenea and Yotmg,   Business Manager and Assistant Treasurer Finn,   Legal Assistant Lowe,   Internal Auditor Dawson,   Mr.  Smalley,   Director of University Residences and Purdue Memorial Union,   Messrs.  Johnston and Gillespie,   Bureau of In¬ formation, Assistant Morris and Secretary Skinner.    Entering the meeting at this time were representatives of the syndicates bidding on bonds (Minute lU).
