I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special naeeting in the Conference Room of the Krannert Building on the Indianapolis Campus of Purdue University at 10:47 a. m.   on Thursday, November 30,   I96I,  pursuant to action of the Board of Trustees on October 27, 1961,   and further pursuant to the following notice sent to each member of the Board by the Secretary on November 14,   I96I:
In accordance with action of the Board of Trustees on October 27,   I96I there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Thursday,   November 30,   1961,   convening at 10:30 a.m.   (Eastern Standard Time) in the Conference Room (No.   149) on the first floor of the new Indianapolis Center Building,   1125 East 38th Street,   Indianapolis,   Indiana,   in order to:
1. Inspect,   receive and accept the new Indianapolis
Center Building; and
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business
which may come before said meeting,
II. ROLL CALL.
President Hanley called the meeting to order at 10:47 a. m.    All members of the Board except one were present as follows:   Mrs.  Vogler, Messrs.   Creighton,   Hanley,   Kettler,   Rumely,   Schenck,   Thompson and Wilson.    The absence of Mr.   Branigin was excused by consent of the Trustees.    Also present were President Hovde,   Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer,   Vice President Young,   Executive Assistant to the President Hicks,   Assistant Treasurer Finn,   Legal Assistant Lowe,   Mr. Walter Scholer,   Sr.,   architect,   Messrs.  Abbett,   Larsen,   Lawshe and Scott,   and Mr.   R.   B.  Stewart,   Vice President and General Manager of Purdue Research Foundation,   and Secretary Skinner.
