925 STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY Trustees' Room, Executive Building March 2, 1966 I. NOTICE OF MEETING. The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the Uni¬ versity at 9:05 am on Wednesday, March 2, 1966, pursuant to agreement of the Board of Trustees on January 18-19, 1966. and further pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on February 8. 1966: In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 9:00 am on Wednesday. March 2. 1966. inftie Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University, in order to: 1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction projects: [/ a. Fieldhouse and Gymnasivim - Re-Roofing - 1966 b. Agricultural Hall - Remodeling for Entomology - 1966 c. Additions and Alterations to Krannert Building, Purdue University Indianapolis Campus, Indianapolis, Indiana (Ross-Ade Foundation); 2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may come before said meeting. IL ROLL CALL. President Thompson called the meeting to order at 9;05 am. All members of the Board were present as follows: Mrs. White, Messrs. Brumfield, Hanley, Kettler. Knoy, Rumely, Thompson. Wickard and Wilson. Also present were President Hovde. Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer, University Vice Presidents Andrews. Chenea and Mallett, Counsel Schilling, Executive Assistant to the President Hicks, Business Manager and Assistant Treasurer Finn, University Attorney Lowe, Messrs. Jobusch, Schaller. Smalley, Topping and Wade of the University staff, Mr. Frank Arganbright, of the Lafayette Journal and Courier, Assistant Morris and Secretary Skinner. m. NEXT MEETINGS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES. The Trustees were reminded that the next meeting of the Board of Trustees had been changed from April 27-28, 1966, to April 19-20, 1966 (XIII, January 18-19, 1966). Treasurer Freehafer reported that HHFA wants bonds sold when a construction project is about 80% completed. Construction of Men's Resi¬ dence Hall H-5 (Harrison Hall) has reached that approximate point, there¬ fore Purdue University Dormitory Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series H and Series I, should be sold in the next month or so.
