STA-TED MEETING OF^THE^BOARp OF JRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF
PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Executive Building May 5, 1965
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University at 9:05 am on Wednesday, May 5, 1965, pursuant to action of the Board of Trustees on January 19-20, 1965, and further pursuant to the following notice of meeting mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on April 14, 1965:
In accordance with provisions of the By-Laws and pursuant to action of the Trustees on January 19-20, 1965, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Wednesday, May 5, 1965, convening at 9:00 am CDT in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University, in order to:
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction projects:
a. Tennis Courts - 1965 ^
b. Mathematiccd Sciences Building;
2. Consider and act upon actions of the Executive Committee of
the Board of Trustees concerning bids for the following con¬ struction projects:
a. Jet Propulsion Center High Pressure Research Facility"''
b. Football Practice Fields 1965 - Ross-Ade Foundation; •
3. Convene in joint meeting with Board of Directors of Purdue
Academic Facilities Foundation to consider and act upon bids for Education Building, North Central Regional Campus;
4. Consider and act upon the First Amendatory Loan Agreement,
CH-Ind. -94(D) for Residence Hall H-5;
5. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which may
come before said meeting.
n. ROLL CALL.
President Thompson called the meeting to order at 9:05 am. All members of the Board except one were present as follows: Mrs. White, Messrs. Brumfield, Dicken, Kettler, Hanley, Thompson, Wickard and Wilson. The absence of Mr. DeLaurier was excused by consent of the Board. Also present were President Hovde, Vice President and Treasurer Freehafer, University Vice Presidents Andrews, Chenea and Mallett, Counsel Schilling, Executive Assistant to the President Hicks, Business Manager and Assistant
