I.    NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in special meeting in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Build¬ ing of the University at 2:05 pm on Wednesday,   September 16,   1964,  pur¬ suant to action of the Board of Trustees on May 29-30,   1964,  and further pursuant to the following notice of meeting sent to each member of the Board by the Secretary on August 26,   1964:
In accordance with action of the Board of Trustees on May 29-30, 1964,  there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at approximately 1:30 pm CDT (immediately following luncheon) on "Wednesday,   September I6, 1964,  in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University in order to -
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following projects:
a. Roof Replacement - AES Building
b. Roof Replacement - Herrick Laboratories
c. Lighting of Cary Lane Parking Lot
d. Interior Remodeling - Stock Judging Pavilion
e. Experimental Nursery Unit - Swine Farm
f. Bicycle Parking Areas - 1964
g. Library and Office Building - Jet Propulsion Center
h.    Addition and Remodeling - 1964,  Jet Propulsion Laboratory
No.  2 i.    Residence Hall "H-5" (including Complete Construction,
Kitchen and Snack Bar Equipment) j.    Runway Repairs and Resurfacing - Purdue University Airport -
1964;
2. Consider and act upon proposed changes in the By-Laws of The
Trustees of Purdue University (as presented to the Board of Trustees on May 29-30,   1964,  and as included in Minute XLIX, Minutes of the stated meeting of the Board of Trustees held May 29-30,   1964);
3. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which m.ay
come before said meeting.
