i:i quoruia of the Board.    The follov/ing Trustee ivas absent:    Miss McHale. ii R.  B.  Stewart,  Controller of  the Dfniversity,  Frank C HocKema,  Secretary

i     The Secretary reported that Miss McHale was not able to attend becsuse
i of urgent business elsev/here. After discussion, and upon ii.otion of .Mr, Noe.:,
ii seconded by Mr. Hall, and unaniJ.nously carried, Miss McHale's excuse for ab-
. oence v/as approved.
j     President Ross presided, and the Secretary acted as secr':?tary.
