I.      NOTICE   OF MEETING,
The   Board of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees  of Purdue   University convened in  stated meeting at  9:50  a.m.   on Wednesday,   March 21, 1973,   in the   Trustees'   Room,   Executive   Building,   pursuant to the  following  notice mailed to each member  of the   Board by the Secretary on February 22,    1973:
In accordance  with the   Bylaws,   there  will be  a  stated meeting  of the   Board  of  Trustees   of   The   Trustees   of Purdue  University convening at  9:30  a.m.   on Wednesday, March 21,    1973,   in the   Trustees'   Room of the  Executive Building,   in order  to:
1. Consider and act upon bids  for the  following
construction projects   -
a. Utilities  and  Campus  Services   -  Part   11,
Service  Elevator
b. Purdue  Memorial Union  -   Roof Repairs   1973A c     Stadium   -  Partial Resurface   1973
d. PU Calumet Campus   -   Class room-Office
Building   Landscaping
e. PU  Calumet  Campus   -   Student Faculty and
Library West Development  Landscaping
2, Consider and act upon any other matter or
business   which may come  before   said meeting,
