This meeting is called in order to:
1. Receive, open, consider, -and act upon bids for the (a) plumbing, (b) heating and ventilating, (c) elec- -. trie, vdring, and. light fixtures, or (d) com.binations . of any tv/o or more classifications (a), (b), and (c) pertaining to the construction of tlio follov/ing addi¬ tions to the Purdue Memiorial Union Building:
(1) Section "B"~Residence Unit
(2) Section "G"—Union Annex
I- 2. Consider further the bids received and acted upon
\ Decemiber 15, 1958, for the general construction of
/ Section "B," Residence Unit, a proposed "addition to
the Purdue Memorial Union Building, and to consider and act upon a request from, K. H. Kettelhut to -.-ith- i draw his bid for the general construction of said
addition.
