STATED MEETING OF THE BO/lRD OF.^TRUSTEieS.,OF.THE.TRUSTEES.^qF.,,iE^DU^^^^ Executive Building January 18, 1939.
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building on the campus of Purdue Univer¬ sity, Lafayette, Indiana, on V/ednesday, January 18, 1939, at 9:30 A. M. pur¬ suant to the follov.dng notice v/hich had been sent to each member of the Board by the Secretary on January 7, 1939:
In accordance v/ith the provisions of the By-Lav/s, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The- Trustees of Pur-, due University, V/ednesday, January 18, 1959, at 9:30 A. M., in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building, located on the campus of Purdue University, Lafayette,'Indiana, in order to:
(1) receive, open, consider, and act upon bids for the
(a) general construction, (b) plumbing, (c) heating and ventilating, (d) electric v/iring and light fixtures, or (e) comibinations of any tv.fo or more classifications (a), (b), (c), and (d), pertaining to the construction of the superstructure of the Hall of Music, H'/A Docket No. Ind. 1460-F.
(2) consider and act upon any and all m.atters pertaining to the construction and financing of the University build¬ ing program.
(3) consider and act upon any other matter of business that raay come before said mieeting.
II. ROLL CALL.
The ra.eeting v/as called to order at 9:30 A. M. by President Ross. On roll call the follov/ing Trustees ansv/ered present: Miss McHale, Messrs. Edgerton, Hall, Hillenbrand, Noel, Ross, Simpson, Sturm, and V-heeler, being the entire membership of the Board.
III. P/SADING OF NOTICE OF MEETING.
At the request of the President of the Board, the notice of the meeting v/as read by the Secretary.
