Mr. Stuart of Committee appointed to settle Station affairs presented Dr. Stockbridge’s letter of resignation, said resignation to take effect June 5 and salary to be paid up to Sept. 1. Recommended that Mr. Davidson be associated with Messrs Stuart and Smart in settlement of Station accounts and to meet Monday June 9th . The members of the Board present recommended the following in connection with the Pharmacy Dep’t. the employment of three Instructors at salaries of $350, $250, & $200 respectively. Recommended that Pres. Smart be allowed to choose a successor to Miss Reynolds in Elocution. Recommended that Dr. Test be allowed $150 for care of Dormitory & that Prof. Craig be allowed $100 for care of grounds. Recommended that Mrs. McRae be allowed $1600 salary for 1890-91Recommended that Dr. Test be allowed $1500 salary for 1890-91Recommended that E.A. Ellsworth be reemployed as Secretary of Board for the ensuing year, salary to be fixed at the next meeting of Board. Recommended that Prof. J. Troop continue his work as Horticulturist. Recommended the granting of Diplomas in accordance with the list of applicants as presented by Faculty. The above minutes were approved Sept. 16-17-1890. AttestE.A. Ellsworth, Secy.
