[Messieurs] Winslow Lanier & Co. authorizing them to collect the Interest on the Two Hundred Thousand Dollars of 5/20 U.S. Bonds, now held and registered in the name of the Indiana Agricultural College, whenever the Same may become due and payable. Now be it known that the “Indiana Agricultural College” of the State of Indiana, by the undersigned President thereof does hereby make constitute and appoint Winslow Lanier & Co. of the City of New York the true and lawful attorney of said “Indiana Agricultural College” to receive from the Treasurer
