STATED LiEETING OF IHE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF Kffi TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY Executive Building August 14, 1943
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Tmstees of The Tmstees of Purdue University, convened in the Tmstees'  Room in the Executive Building of Purdue University, Lafayette, Indi¬ ana,  on Saturday, August 14, 1943,  at 10:50 A. M.,  pursuant to the following notice viiich had been sent to each meraber of the Board by the Secretary on August 2,  1943:
In accordance v/ith the provisions of the By-Laws,  there v/ill be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University on Saturday, August 14,  1943,  convening at 10:.30 A. M.  in the Tmstees'  Room of the Executive Building of the University,  in order to consider and act upon any matter or business that may come before said meeting.
II. ROLL CALL.
The raeeting was called to order at 10:30 A. M. by President Noel. The fol¬ lowing Trustees were present: Miss McHale, Mr. Cole, Mr. Hanley, Mr. Hillenbrand, Mr. Noel, Mr. Ruthenburg, Mr. Stuart, Mr. Sturm, and Mr. Thompson, constituting a majority and quorum.
Doctor Edward 0. Elliott, President of the University, Mr. R. B. Stewart, Controller of the University, and Mr. Frank C Hockema, Secretary to the Board, vjere also present.
III. APPROVAL OF MIrlUTES OF SPECIiiL MEETING HELD MARCH 30. 1945.
The Secretaiy reported that a copy of the minutes of the special meeting held March 30, 1943, had been sent to each Trustee, and no suggestion for cor¬ rection or addition had been received from any of the Trustees.
After discussion and upon motion (Stuart-Hanley) unanimously carried, the minutes of the special raeeting held March 30, 1943 were approved.
IV. iiPPROVAL OF MINUTES OF STATED MEETING HELD APRIL 16-17. 1943.
The Secretary reported that a copy of the minutes of the stated meeting held April 16-17, 1945, had been sent to each Trustee, and no suggestion for correction or addition had been received frora any of the Trustees.
After discussion and upon motion (Stuart-Hanley) unaniraously carried, the minutes of the stated raeeting held April 16-17, 1943 were approved.
V^ APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF STATED MEETING HELD APRIL 21. 1943.
The Secretary reported that a copy of the minutes of the stated meeting held April 21, 1943 had been sent to each Tmstee, and no suggestion for cor¬ rection or addition had been received from any of the Tmstees.
After discussion and upon motion (Stuart-Hanley) unanimously carried, the minutes of the special meeting held April 21, 1943 were approved.
